What if I need to return an item?
We want you to be satisfied with our products. Melissa Jane offers you a 30-day
return period from the purchase date. If you are not completely satisfied with your
product and would like to return the item(s), please follow the instructions listed below.
If requested, a credit will be issued for the return, less applicable shipping charges. A 10%
restocking fee may apply to some items. Please contact our office for details.
Call our office at 1-888-892-3898 to get an item return number. We ask that returned
items include the exchange/return form with the item return number, all paperwork,
parts and accessories that came with the item(s) and a copy of the invoice or packing slip.
The merchandise may be returned to us by regular parcel post (3rd - 4th class mail). Send

What if I need to exchange an item?
You can exchange an items two ways:
listed above. Once the return has been received, we will process your order
for the exchange item listed on the exchange/return form.
2. Purchase the exchange item as a normal purchase. Once the returned item
has been received, a credit will be issued for the original purchase amount.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Call our office at 1-888-892-3898. Keep the original shipping carton. We will provide
instructions to return the order and receive a replacement order.
The item(s) I received are not what I ordered. What do I do?
Call our office at 1-888-892-3898 or by email at customer service. We will
give you instructions to return the item to us. Once the item is received, the correct order
will be shipped out to you within 3-5 business days.
